You have options other than Ad-Nuke to remove ads from Craigslist.  You can even ask us and we'll provide links to all of them.  Why?  Because while some people may be content driving a 1984 Volare, most people would prefer driving a 2013 Porsche.  If you want a mostly manual system where you must search (in vain) for useful proxies for 6-8 hours a day, be our guest.  If you want to deal with an abusive Keanu Reeves wannabe, hey, feel free.  Most of the rest of us have businesses to run and appreciate the hands-free automation that Ad-Nuke provides.  Click, gone.  That simple.

Yes, the Ad-Nuke software is expensive, but that is because it works perfectly, 100 percent of the time.  If the use of our software allows you to make one additional sale per year, then Ad-Nuke software has more than likely paid for itself.

We love this software and are exceptionally proud of its capabilities.  It is the fastest, most effective Craigslist™ flagging software ever created, and we love to show it off.  Since May of 2011, the vast MAJORITY of those who have tried Ad-Nuke for Craigslist™ have purchased it, and the rest - well, the rest will eventually come around!

Please, DO NOT download the software and ask for a demo unless you are ready, willing, and able to purchase the software RIGHT NOW. The interest in Ad-Nuke has been phenomenal, with demo requests topping 50+ per day.  However, for us to continue providing demos, we must insist that you only request one if you are prepared to purchase Ad-Nuke IMMEDIATELY.  (It is either this, or we will have to start charging for demos - an idea we find repulsive)

Bottom Line - We'd love to have you as a customer, but don't demo the software unless you are imminently ready to purchase.  It is a waste of your time and ours. If you ask for a demo, you are agreeing that you are prepared to purchase right now should the software perform as expected.

Read the splash page that comes up when you start the software.  We are telling you IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that you may not use this software for any reason, and,if you choose to do so, YOU ASSUME ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY, RISK AND LIABILITY.

There WILL BE disruptions of service. We have been lucky so far – having an up time that exceeds 98% -- but remember, it is not a matter of "if" there will be down time, but when.  There WILL BE disruptions of service and we apologize for these in advance.

Anonymity is what allows us to stay in business. We only communicate via Tormail (adnuke@tormail.org) and only take payments via our anonymous payment processor Anony-Pay – the only totally secure and anonymous payment method that we are aware of. Under no circumstances will we compromise our anonymity. If you in any way jeopardize our anonymity, we will cancel your service.

NO HUMANS ever look at what you submit.  We could not care less what you flag for removal or why. We look at/review absolutely NO Craigslist™ POSTING, as the posting removal process is 100 percent automated.  (Note - As of 1/1/13, we are removing, on average,60,000 ads per day) If a Craigslist™ posting is proving to be exceptionally difficult to flag, we are likely to study the posting offline to try and determine why so we may improve our services.

The average time from posting submission to removal is less than 30 minutes. Sometimes a posting will be down in seconds – but sometimes it takes an hour. We have no way to predict how long it will take to get a particular posting removed.  We CAN tell you, however, that emailing us stating that your submitted postings are still up does not speed up the flagging process. All submissions receive an email receipt, showing what ads have been submitted.  If you have received a receipt, and you contact us questioning when they will be removed, you will not receive a reply.

If you have received an email receipt, it means that the automated removal of the posting is in process.  Do NOT resubmit ads for any reason, as doing so counts against your credits, will not be refunded, and actually slows down the removal process.  If you submit an ad twice, it doubles the time necessary to remove your ad; a third time, it doubles again.  If you submit the same ad 3, 4, 5 times, it will take days then to remove it.

We ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE the use of Ad-Nuke in the "Personals / R&R" sections of Craigslist, and we also do not provide demos for flagging personals / R&R.  Postings in the “Personals” section are exceptionally difficult to flag.  Please be patient, as our posting removal times are extended for these postings.

The standard Ad-Nuke WILL NOT remove paid-for employment listings. These are help wanted ads in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Inland Empire, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, St. Louis, San Antonio, San Diego, Seattle, South Florida, Tampa, and Washington DC.  We CAN REMOVE these employment listings if you wish - at 300 credits per ad. Contact us directly if you need this done.

BEFORE YOU BUY - Google "Ad-Nuke" & read the complaints. Last time we looked, there were 10-12 complaints, all saying the same thing;

• Ad-Nuke flags ads manually/flags by hand/uses magic rabbits
• Once Ad-Nuke gets your money, we will no longer remove ads for you
• Ad-Nuke is a scam / will steal your money / doesn't work / will cause premature baldness
• Ad-Nuke only accepts non-traceable, non-recourse payments

We count on having reasonably intelligent customers, and we prize our owner/operator customers - they know how this works;  If you read the reviews, they are all the same, worded the same.  We have also never been able to connect any of the complainers to any actual customers, past or present. We remove 42 ads per minute, 24/7/365 - we'd love to see someone do that manually.  We have been in business since May 11, 2011 - 1400+ customers (and counting) that we value immensely - we wouldn't be in business for 2 years by stealing money. The baldness thing, well, we got nothing.
